Capitol Records Lead Agency: City of Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency Date Completed: July 2000 Capitol Records and the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) proposed, with contributing funds from the United States Economic Development Administration (EDA), the addition of a multi-level parking structure to provide 450 parking spaces to serve the Capitol Records building (1750 Vine Street) and surrounding development in Hollywood. The parking structure also included up to 6,000 square feet of new retail uses at street level.
