Comprehensive Project List

  Client: CIM Group
Lead Agency: City of Los Angeles CRA
Date Completed: September 2005

The proposed project site is located at 6290 Sunset Boulevard, Hollywood. The project site is located within the Community Redevelopment Agency's Hollywood Redevelopment Plan area, and is bounded by Sunset Boulevard to the north, Leland Way to the south, Vine Street to the west, and two restaurants to the east.

The proposed project consists of the addition of approximately 10,000 square feet of development (including 8,500 square feet of specialty retail space and 1,500 square feet of high turnover restaurant) in a one-story building with frontage along Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street and four projecting walls and four Supergraphic Signs, to a 19-story building that is to be converted from a previous commercial use to a residential use, under the City's Adaptive Reuse Ordinance. This conversion includes replacement of the exterior curtain wall.
