Client: Elite Aviation FBO The Proposed Project would involve the demolition and removal of the 5 existing on-site structures; the 3 aircraft hangars and the 2 office buildings and redevelopment of the site with 115,161 square foot hangar facility, a three-story, 35,110 square foot administrative office building with an accessory catering/restaurant for employees, charter planes and patrons only and 142 on-site parking spaces. The building would be a maximum of 50 feet high; the hangar roof level would be approximately 50 feet and the 3-story mixed occupancy office building would be a maximum of 45 feet in height. The administrative office building would be designed with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating certification as a goal. Exterior features and interior organization will be driven by state-of-the-art sustainable building initiatives by the U.S. Green Building Council.
