Client: Samson Investments Lead Agency: County of Los Angeles Date Completed: In Progress The 161.2-acre project site is located in the western Santa Monica Mountains in an unincorporated portion of Los Angeles County, north of U.S. 101 (Ventura Freeway), between the incorporated cities of Agoura Hills to the west and Calabasas to the east. The proposed Liberty Canyon project consists of the development of 23 single-family homes on the 161.2-acre project site. Site development consists of (1) grading for building pad sites, access and other necessary improvements, (2) the construction of homes, storm drainage facilities and access improvements, (3) the extension or installation of utilities (e.g., water and sewer lines, fire hydrants, and electrical, natural gas and telecommunication lines), and (4) the landscaping of common areas. The proposed 23 single-family homes would be clustered on approximately 57.23 acres of the 161.2-acre project site. Lot sizes would range from approximately 87,120 to 168,021 square feet, while building pads would range from approximately 26,690 to 65,629 square feet.  Proposed Site Plan |
