Client: Oxford Associates, LLC Lead Agency: City of Los Angeles Date Completed: June 2004 The Oxford Avenue Apartment Project would involve the removal of 80 existing dwelling units and the construction of a residential development consisting of 225 multi-family dwelling units on a 1.53 acre site. The project site is located in Los Angeles County, within the Wilshire/Koreatown area of the City of Los Angeles. The 225 units would be located in a 6-story 75-foot high structure built above a parking garage accommodating 319 parking spaces with one level at grade and two subterranean. The building will be designed in the chateauesque style, which is the style of the existing on-site structures. The building will incorporate many amenities for its residents, including generous amounts of common and private open space, a gym, a business center, and a pool.
