Experience Summary

Mr. Rogers-Wright has over 5 years of experience as an environmental consultant in both engineering and planning. Mr. Rogers-Wright's experience includes completing documentation pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as well as the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). As an Environmental Planner Mr. Rogers-Wright has completed numerous documents pursuant to NEPA and CEQA including Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, and Environmental Impact Reports. As an Environmental Scientist, Mr. Rogers-Wright has completed numerous documents pursuant to RCRA and CERCLA including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Interim Remedial Action Plans. Mr. Rogers-Wright has also prepared and designed socioeconomic documentation for large-scale transportation projects pursuant to the policies and guidelines of the California State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Authority including Community Impact Assessments (CIA), Relocation Impact Assessments (RIA), and Initial Site Assessments (ISA). In addition to environmental documentation, Mr. Rogers-Wright has carried out and assisted in sensitive species surveys and has acted as health and safety officer for various geotechnical and construction projects. Moreover, he has acted as an Assistant Project Manager on over 20 projects and also has extensive experience in planning and executing field investigations in isolated and remote locations.
