Brett PomeroyExperience Summary

Mr. Brett Pomeroy has performed numerous environmental analyses pursuant to CEQA and NEPA regulations for a wide variety of development projects. After joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Pomeroy has continuously expanded his roles and responsibilities and has become a valuable asset to the CAJA team. With a strong technical background in natural science, Mr. Pomeroy provides quantitative analytical modeling support for air quality, noise, and shade/shadow impact analyses using industry-accepted modeling software. Specifically, Mr. Pomeroy has experience with the BEEST air dispersion modeling software, URBEMIS 8.7, CALINE4-based model, noise modeling based on the Federal Highway Administration's Traffic Noise Model (TNM), and the Amethyst Shadow Calc. In addition to providing technical support, Mr. Pomeroy is responsible for writing environmental analyses for a wide array of environmental issues, conducting land use surveys, ambient noise monitoring, site photography, general environmental research and document management. Mr. Pomeroy's experience includes preparing environmental documentation for both private and public sector clients and has provided environmental analyses to support several types of environmental documents including: Categorical Exemptions, Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Mitigation Monitoring Programs, Environmental Impact Reports and Addendums.
