Summary
Ms. Jessica Viramontes is an Environmental Planner at CAJA. She is responsible for project-related tasks including EIR section writing, integrating technical reports, proposal writing, fulfilling public noticing requirements, analytical research, document management, and production and distribution. Ms. Viramontes has been instrumental in the writing and production of both program and project level EIRs, Initial Studies, and Mitigated Negative Declarations. Her program level experience includes general plans, enterprise zones, and master plans, while her project level experience includes institutional, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Prior to joining CAJA, Ms. Viramontes gained experience in projects related to agricultural land conversion, general plan amendments, ministerial permitting, and freeway interchange environmental assessments. She has recently begun working toward her M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
