Ms. Jessica Viramontes is an Associate Environmental Planner at CAJA's Oakland office. She is responsible for assisting staff with the preparation of proposals, Initial Studies, and Environmental Impact Reports. Ms. Viramontes also supports staff with project-related tasks such as conducting research and participating in hearings and seminars. Prior to joining CAJA's Oakland office, Ms. Viramontes gained experience in projects related to agricultural land conversion, general plan amendments, ministerial permitting, and freeway interchange environmental assessments. She has recently begun working toward her M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
