Ms. Karen DuBois, Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for overall direction of all activities related to administration, human resources, physical locations, information systems, office management, and safety. This position involves direct supervision of the Information Systems Manager, office managers, and office and administrative personnel.
Ms. DuBois' background includes 20 years of experience in senior-level management of human resources, administration, and accounting. For the last ten years she has been providing administrative and human resource consulting to a variety of industries. She has held positions of Corporate Director of Human Resources for Chancellor Broadcasting, Chief Operations Officer for a Northern California PEO Corporation, President and CEO of DuBois and Associates, and Director of the Human Resource Consulting Division for Interwest Insurance Services. In addition to her vast experience Ms. DuBois also has an outstanding educational background and is credentialed at the highest level of Human Resource achievement as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (S.P.H.R.).
