Lainie HerreraExperience Summary

Ms. Herrera is a Project Manager at CAJA, with over six years of experience in the preparation of environmental review documents pursuant to the CEQA and NEPA. Ms. Herrera has managed and written numerous CEQA analyses, coordinating daily with agency staff, subconsultants, and applicants. Her duties also include writing for environmental review documents, managing staff, preparing proposals, and conducting field surveys, research, and analysis. Ms. Herrera's experience includes Initial Studies, Environmental Assessments, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Mitigation Monitoring Programs, and Environmental Impact Reports. Her diverse project experience includes commercial/retail, mixed-use, single- and multi-family residential, public works, medical facilities, sports entertainment, recreation, historic structures, schools, and specific plans.
