Experience Summary

Ms. Wyatt, a Principal at CAJA, has over 24 years of experience in both government and private sector land use planning. Prior to joining CAJA, Ms. Wyatt served as a Zoning Administrator for the City of Los Angeles, Department of Planning, where she was responsible for authorizing zoning-related and other land use entitlements for projects located throughout the City. During her tenure with the Planning Department she also served as supervisor of the Environmental Review Section and senior division head within the Community Planning Bureau, overseeing project implementation and compliance with community plans, specific plans, and associated design guidelines, and the preparation and review of environmental documents subject to City approval. Ms. Wyatt's experience allows for a comprehensive understanding of public policy and procedures, land use regulations, and federal, State, and local environmental statutes.
