Summary
Ms. Michele DiGirolamo Ross is a Project Manager at CAJA with over seven years experience in water resource planning and analysis and the preparation of environmental review documents. Ms. Ross's responsibilities include preparation of environmental documents in accordance with CEQA and NEPA requirements. Prior to joining CAJA, Ms. Ross worked at SRF Consulting in Minnesota where she prepared environmental documents for transportation projects in compliance with NEPA and the Minnesota Environmental Policy Act (MEPA). Previous responsibilities working as a hydrogeologist included analysis of soils, groundwater, and surface water and policy development for water quality and quantity preservation.
