Robert CarnachanExperience Summary

Mr. Rob Carnachan is a Principal at CAJA with more than 16 years of experience in the evaluation of environmental impacts for both public and private sector clients. This experience includes the preparation and management of environmental review documents pursuant to CEQA and NEPA, development and administration of statewide water quality policies in the State of Wisconsin, and the analysis of water quality and water resources impacts in the States of California, Wisconsin, Colorado, Nevada, Illinois, and Minnesota. Mr. Carnachan joined CAJA in 2005 after spending over 5 years with URS in Oakland and Denver.

Mr. Carnachan has been involved in the preparation of several different types of EIRs for both private and public projects, including Project EIRs, Program EIRs, and Supplemental EIRs. Mr. Carnachan has also prepared numerous other environmental review, planning, and water quality documents for clients, including: Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigation Monitoring Programs, visual analyses, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), stormwater discharge permit applications (NPDES), watershed management plans, and third party reviews.
