Ms. Shelley Wright is a Budget Analyst/Accountant. She is responsible for preparing, analyzing and submitting reports to Corporate and Program Management on all aspects of project contractual and financial performance. She is also responsible for helping develop budget forecasts, monitoring task performance and actual costs on client projects, analyzing project schedules, cost variances and helping develop project estimate at completion costs. She is the firm-wide liaison in both written and verbal communication with clients and program managers on all invoicing and receivable issues. She comes to us with over 15 years of financial experience analyzing U.S. Government and Commercial projects and contracts.
