Summary
Ms. Terri McCracken has over 15 years of professional experience. She is responsible for writing, planning, reviewing and conducting research for environmental review documents pursuant to CEQA and NEPA. Her duties also include conducting field surveys, preparing proposals and graphics, providing quality control review and feedback, and training entry-level staff. Ms. McCracken has prepared and assisted in the management of a variety of environmental review documents, including Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Initial Studies, Negative Declarations and Mitigated Negative Declarations (ND/MNDs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), Addenda, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Programs (MMRPs), and other focused environmental analyses. Her diverse project experience includes commercial/retail, mixed-use, single- and multi-family residential, sports entertainment, institutional, and master planned developments throughout Northern and Southern California. In addition, Ms. McCracken is certified as a Green Building Professional and is familiar with requirements and practices, and utilizes her experience and knowledge toward sustainable building projects.
