Environmental documents tend to focus on the negative or less-than-favorable impacts of a project. To provide a balanced view, CAJA also prepares Project Benefit Analyses (as separate, stand-alone documents) that focus on the positive and beneficial aspects of a proposed project. Components of such analyses can include fiscal impacts and employment assessments, improvements and contributions provided by a project applicant as a response to community concerns, and improvements to existing facilities and services required as mitigation by an environmental document.   View of Chesterfield Square
